O.S.V. was founded in 1912 by then Fr. John Francis Noll in Cincinnati, Ohio. O.S.V. shortly became the largest circulating Catholic News Paper in the United States. After becoming Monsignor and later Bishop of Fort Wayne, IN, Fr. Noll was secretary of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, started the Catholic News Service, and started Catholic Charities. They have been assisting Parishes like ours for many years with the distribution of collection materials and this online payment portal.
