Council of Catholic Women

The Council of Catholic Women empowers, educates, and supports our female parishioners in spirituality, leadership, and service. They help with funerals, the Fiesta, and the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. They serve coffee and treats after the 9:30 Sunday Mass and they adopt a South Side family or several kids and provide Christmas gifts. For more information contact Pam Berckmoes via email or phone

Worship Commission

The Worship Commission’s role is to foster the spiritual growth of the Parish and enhance the quality of the liturgical celebrations in a consultative role with Fr. Marquez. For more information, contact Fr. José Marquez via email or phone

Fiesta Committee

The Fiesta Committee plans and organizes the annual Mexican Fiesta in July. The Fiesta has been going strong for 70 years and includes live music, dancing, games for kids, food vendors, homemade Mexican food, a silent auction, and a classic car show. Building Commission
a.k.a. the Capital Campaign

The Capital Campaign’s role is to develop and implement a fundraising plan to finance the design and construction of a new Church at the corner of 10th Avenue South and South 27th Street. Guadalupe Choir

The Guadalupe Choir provides lively liturgical music for the weekly 9:30am Sunday Mass and other Parish events. The Guadalupe Choir, named for our former Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, consists of skilled vocalists and talented musicians who perform hymns in both English and Spanish during the 9:30 Sunday Mass. Parish Council

The Parish Council is made up of six parishioners and Fr. José Marquez. The Council’s role is to represent the parishioners in the governing of the Parish in a consultative role. For more information contact Council Chair, John Standish via email

The Holy Stitchers

The Holy Stitchers are a group of experienced fiber artists who meet to sew, knit, and crochet projects. Their handiwork has been used for fundraising and for helping our less fortunate. For more information contact Mary Walter via phone

Parish Finance Council
